ETO, Executive Training Organization, Inc., founded in 1998, specializes in the following fields:
- Coaching discerning executives to advance their knowledge and skills in an
integrated approach
- Assisting firms to add skills and value, in order to generate needed funds in time,
- Assisting venture capitalists to recognize business opportunities, add
management skills and value, and thereby realize much higher rates of returns
We have acquired the know-how and wisdom of reputable masters worldwide over these years in order to serve with higher value. Particularly for those facing rigorous challenges and in anxious needs to usher in a new era, but uncertain about the direction, we are the guidance for top management to processually grow into the real pillars of the society through persistent improvements.
We have meticulously designed a list of application programs for executives’ immediate application, namely Comprehensive Brand Management (CBM)®, Strategic Planning, Innovations, Core Competency and Performance Excellence, Total Quality Management, etc.
ETO（原名為中奧公司，以下簡稱本公司）成立於1998 年，旨在幫助現代菁英成為中流砥柱的企業家，加官晉爵，步步高升；使亟需資金的企業得到及時的資助與必要的提升，同時使創投事業得到較高的投資報酬率。 秉承嚴謹的成功案例與歐美各大機構合作多年的經驗，配合企業界迫切的需求，本公司精心編製新穎教材，敦聘海內外大師級的顧問在大中華區指導高階主管，教授企業實務應用的課程，為高科技企業、零售業 / FMCG創新發展及傳統產業轉型升級提供有效的解決方案。 2003年起順應客戶殷切需求，成立高階執行主管晉階和品牌研究中心，推出策略規劃和總體品牌經營等專案服務。
